Great place and very easy instructions
What a beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. We have been visiting idyllwild to climb and stay for many years. This cabin is a true gem. They have done a great job at keeping it cabin like while making it extremely comfortable. The outdoor deck and hot tub seems to be very new and maintained. It's surrounded by trees, bird and squirrels. Beds were very comfortable. Fire place is one of the nicer ones I've used. The creek crossing the property played a nice calm melody for us during our stay, was just magical.
Picturesque cabin tucked away on a quiet street—but still just a 15-minute stroll into the village area. Cabin seemed more spacious, open, and airy in person (to me) than expected. Beautiful, soft sunlight streamed through the trees and the A-frame windows throughout the day (but prob depends on the time of year and where the sun moves). Charming, warm rustic decor with comfortable well-made furniture. Thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bath. Super easy, no-hassle check-in and check-out. Attentive hosts. A perfect week in the mountains for us. Thank you!
A lovely property, with a lot of charm. The hot tub, wood burning fireplace, and style of the home made my family’s getaway feel very special. We had everything we needed for our stay, and the location in relation to the center of town was ideal. We had a great stay, and hope to visit again!
This was a lovely cabin near to town. The kitchen had the basics needed to prep a meal comfortably, and the sofas were very comfy for lounging. It was clean and the area beautiful.
So happy I got to stay in this beautiful little space! Kelly & her team were super helpful during my stay. Very close to hiking spots & the town, while the home is in a very secluded area. Very cute space inside & out! Looking forward to my next stay here 🙂

The location is amazing, only a few minutes from town and several minutes from the hikes.
The house is phenomenal. The front deck and hot tub set the bar high! It is luxurious but also feels like home. The ac kept us warm and comfortable.

Very lovely place. Not very tall person friendly (mirrors in the bathroom, some ceilings being low) but that’s not a dealbreaker. Very relaxing and close to town.
This cabin in Idyllwild was everything we hoped for and more for our Christmas holiday. From the warm, inviting interior to the peaceful forest setting, it felt like a true retreat. We enjoyed quiet mornings on the deck, cozy evenings by the fireplace, and easy access to hiking and the charming town center. The cabin was thoughtfully stocked and clearly cared for. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return!
The place was great! Very cozy. Beds were very comfortable and had new linens. The shower curtains were a little too big such that they touched you in the shower some times. Fireplace and hot tub were very nice. The front deck also was very nice with the lights hanging over it. Would stay here again!
A magical little A-frame tucked away on a hidden road. Private, peaceful, yet still an easy walk into town. Some storm-related issues popped up before check-in, but Kelly and her family handled everything quickly and thoughtfully, even preparing a backup plan for us just in case. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend this place (or any of their other properties) more.

we had a beautiful stay at kelly’s a-frame cabin and we will definitely be making our way back to idyllwild-pine cove and idyllcreek. the cabin is so relaxing and there is tons to do nearby if you want to get out of the house.

We booked this place last minute and are so glad we did! The cabin was cozy and comfortable, and its location close to both the town and beautiful hiking trails made it perfect. It turned out to be a wonderful spot for relaxing and enjoying quality family time. Definitely a stay we don’t regret — highly recommended!
Clean, comfy, and a romantic get away.
Such a darling, vibey mid-mod meets cabin A-frame! We stayed here for a quick getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday. The space had everything we needed, was close to everything, and we most enjoyed evenings on the front patio playing cards and watching the stars. There are other cabins nearby but we never saw (or heard) anyone - felt like we had all of Idyllwild to ourselves!
We loved staying at the cabin! It was a perfect spot for a little getaway in idyllwild. The house was clean and at the perfect temperature upon arrival. The cabin was clean and well organized and all the check in and check out instructions were super clear. Even the guitar was in tune when I went to strum a few songs. Highly recommended!
For a quick last minute reservation, Kelly was super helpful and very accommodating. The A-frame is pristine in its architectural beauty and orginial finishes. Ideal location to get to Idyllwild's downtown for restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. Large deck in a peaceful wooded surrounding. Highly recommend.
